Personal Guidance Details

All personal guidance sessions will be one-on-one with Victoria Medina.

Session Content

All personal guidance sessions will include a review of where you’re currently at and what your needs are. This will be fleshed out into a proper discussion, and you will be given guidance on what needs to be done next. It will likely include some things you may already be aware of but don’t know how to implement, and also some items you’re not even aware you need to take care of. The overall arc of your memorial service plan will also be regularly revisited.

Platform & Logistics

Personal guidance sessions will take place via a video-conferencing platform such as Zoom. If preferred, we can alternatively set it up on an audio-conferencing platform without video, or even via phone.

Session Schedule

Whether you are following the core or premium package, each personal guidance session is one hour long, with a frequency that works for you given your time-frame. This can be customized for you on a weekly or biweekly schedule, or even a monthly or bimonthly schedule based on your particular needs.

What is the Complete Production Package

This production package takes all the heavy lifting off you as we take care of all the logistics required to fulfill your vision. We would have a free initial conversation with you about your vision and based on your input would determine our fee to make all the arrangements. All additional costs from third-party vendors would be approved in advance by yourself, and they will bill you independently for their services.
